Traffic Plans Oaklands Park

April 13, 2017 by Duncan Smith

Question: Councillor D. Smith
“To ask the Chief Executive if there are any plans for measures to be put in place
to guard against rogue parking in the Oaklands Park Estate?”

Reply:
It is assumed that the Question refers to Castle Avenue and Oaklands Ave and
Park. There is pay and display parking on Castle Avenue to regulate parking.
Extensive double yellow and single yellow road marking has also been laid in this
area including at the entrance to Oaklands Ave. There are no plans to carry out
further measures at this time.
