Reply: The triangle where Church Road joins Bridge Street does not form part of the area controlled by Swords pay and display parking. A traffic management scheme will be prepared and presented to the Area Committee when a source of funding is identified. Enforcement of illegal parking is a matter for An Garda Síochána who are the enforcement authority.
