Seatown West Parking

October 12, 2017 by Duncan Smith

Question: Councillor D. Smith
“To ask the Chief Executive to examine the lining and car park spaces at Seatown West in Swords in relation to the new recent pathworks and to alter both to improve parking and to ensure residents and service users who live and use services in Seatown West are not blocked?”

Reply:
The lining will be examined with a view to providing further parking bays and double yellow lines to prevent dangerous and illegal parking. As this is a public road there is no way of preventing motorists who are not residing in the area or using the services in the area from parking in the marked parking spaces.
