Motion: Councillor D. Smith “That this Committee provide a new traffic management plan for the Rathbeale Road from Swords Main St to the junction with the Murrough Road”

Report: The entrance to LIDL was assessed by Fingal County Council as part of its planning application. The entrance layout was deemed to comply with the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets. The entrance was constructed in accordance with the grant of planning permission. Fingal County Council is aware of the parking and traffic related issues at the triangle at the end of Church Road on the Rathbeale Road. A traffic management scheme will be prepared and presented to the area committee when a source of funding is identified.
