Motion: Councillor D. Smith: “That this Council urgently provide traffic safety measures on the Balbriggan Road, at the pedestrian entrance from the Balbriggan Road to Kelly’s Bay Skerries, given the dangerous nature of this exit.”

Report: Improvements at the pedestrian entrance to Kellys Bay would require the realignment of the existing boundary wall. If a source of funding is identified consideration can be given to improvements in this area for pedestrians.
