“That the Chief Executive provide a solution to tackle non-residents parking in
the Carlton Court Estate through the provision of double yellow and single yellow
lines where appropriate in the Estate?”

Report:
Until such time that Carlton Court is taken in charge, Fingal County Council is not
in a position to provide the measures requested. When the taking in charge
process is complete options around parking can then be considered.
