“To ask the Chief Executive can bollards be placed on the western path alongside
Balheary Park in order to stop illegal parking and to allow pedestrians and
people with prams and in wheelchairs, ease of access?”

Reply:
This matter will be investigated to ascertain if it is feasible. Consideration will
also be given to providing double yellows as this might be a better option.
