April 13, 2017 by Duncan Smith

Motion: Councillor D. Smith
“That the Chief Executive agrees a plan to ensure the practice of parking on the
path at the western and southern boundaries of Balheary Park is ended as it is
increasingly dangerous for pedestrians.”

Report:
Consideration will be given to the provision of double yellow lines along the
boundaries referred to in the question in consultation with An Garda Siochana
.In the meantime, incidences of illegal parking on the public footpath should be
brought to the attention of the local Gardai.
