“To ask the Chief Executive to write to the Management company
responsible for Applewood Village to repair and replace damaged
ramps on Applewood Main St as they are causing a health and safety
concern?”

Reply:
A letter issued to Applewood Management Company Ltd on the 13th
March 2017 requesting them to repair the broken ramps and damaged
roadway at Applewood Main Street. Correspondence was received on the
22nd March 2017 from a third party stating that the area in question is
owned and under the control of a separate entity other than Applewood
Management Company Ltd. Applewood Management Company Ltd has
notified the agents who act for the owners of this section of Main Street
Applewood and it is their understanding that the party who owns this
area intends to carry out the remediation works required.
