“That the fence separating Ridgewood Close from the new Ashfield
development is removed and the open space be taken in charge,
landscaped appropriately and become an amenity for the community.”

Report:
The developer of Ashfield estate has not yet requested for the open space in this
development to be taken in charge. Once this taking in charge process commences, the
open space areas will be snagged which will include the removal of this fence.
