“To ask the Chief Executive can practical measures be put in place to stop cars
parking at the entrance to Park Avenue in Swords at school times as despite the
double yellow lines people are parking there every day and hindering access for
other vehicles including public and emergency services?”

Reply:
Illegal parking (on double yellow lines) is a matter for An Garda Síochána. This
matter will be brought to the attention of the Gardaí at Swords Garda Station.
