Works began this morning to secure the castle pub building and remove rubbish from inside and around the site. Further details to follow to residents in Meakstown.
As you know myself and TD John Lyons have worked for some time to have this site (1) secured and (2) a proper use found for the benefit of the local community so its great to see progress this morning securing the site in Meakstown.
